At ASDA, we maintain high standards for our future service dogs. While we strive to help every dog reach their full potential, not all will meet the rigorous criteria required for service work. Occasionally, we have “release dogs”—dogs who are released from our program due to medical reasons or certain behavioral traits that make them better suited for a pet home rather than a working role.
These dogs are well-trained in obedience and specialized tasks, making them exceptional companions for the right home. An adoption fee applies, and all potential adopters will go through a thorough screening process to ensure a great match.
